First of all, I would like to acknowledge all the media attention and all the help along the way with this world record wild
boar. Boar Hunter magazine and Gary Dowdy were a big help with this record hog, along with the story Gary wrote in the March/April
2007 issue of Boar Hunter magazine. Gary has been a big help with his knowledge of wild boars. And thanks to all of the
readers of Boar Hunter magazine for all the names they suggested for my hog. They were great!
G.O.N. (Georgia Outdoor News) did a great story by Brad Baley in their February issue. It was great also, and thanks to all
their readers for the hundreds of hog names they suggested. Field & Streams website was a good overall story by Kirt Dditerter.
It was their number one story for about 3 months straight with about eighty to a hundred comments (good and bad). The article
Carina Christiansen wrote for a Swedish hunting magazine was great, I guess; I cant read Swedish but thanks anyway!!
Lithium Productions: I need to thank them for their offer in their upcoming movie, The Legend of Hogzilla, and its sequel.
Rick Trimm, the producer, has been a pleasure to work with. They had a casting call in Tifton, thats when I went down to
meet with Rick and Chris Griffin (the first Hogzilla was shot in 2004). The media turned it into Hogzilla meets the Son of
Hogzilla.
